“We rented e-bikes and shuttle to ride the Lake Dunstan Trail. I chose Kiwi Journeys because they offered a shuttle from Cromwell to Clyde vs the other way around. By shuttling in this direction, I didn't also have to drive between Cromwell and Clyde before and after my ride as we staying in Arrowtown. We arrived and were promptly greeted by Glenda. At first it seemed the bike was too large for my wife, and we had communicated her height in advance, but Glenda quickly switched out the bike to another one of appropriate size. She then gave us a good overview of the trail and how to safely approach the shop on our bikes on the return. The shuttle ride to Clyde was comfortable, and on dropping us off, Glenda again made sure that we knew how to get to the bike trail. The bikes themselves were in great condition with excellent batteries. Neither of us used even half the battery power.”
